Al Gallo rosso, una quarantina di coperti, ambiente tranquillo e accogliente, domina il pesce, naturalmente, che Paolo Benaglio sa preparare magistralmente usando ingredienti freschissimi e rispettando la naturalità delle materie prime. Il resto lo fa la sua abilità e la sua fantasia.
